Berlin, Germany: Hour 20 of 24skate#5


Hello,

we arrived, unfortunately not totally undamaged.
We took a route north of Berlin, from Bischofswerder to Oranienburg. This route has very smooth asphalt. Most of it is part of the bicycle route from Berlin to Copenhagen.
At 8 am it was still cool, but fortunately dry. During the day it became warmer and therefore more comfortable to skate. Unfortunately we lost pretious kilometers and energy, because Luise fell in minute 35. She seld several meters on her knee and hand protectors. With a slightly harmed knee and a small abraison we went on more slowly. So our hour did not end as planned in, but shortly before Oranienburg after 21.7 km.

But she was not seriously hurt, so we skated the tour back, alltogether about 50 kms.
