Munich, Germany: 24skate #22, May 10 2025

I postponed my 24skate hour which I first had planned for the morning to the hour after the 12 hours race in Erfurt. So I had sunset skate. When I arrived at my usual 24skate area - the place for the Octoberfest in Munich - the sun was still shining. Not only on me and the 24skate logo

but also on the "Frühlingsfest" - spring fair - which is about an tenth of the size of the Octoberfest. Big enough for an impressive ferris wheel and some other mechanics to disturb your equilibrium:

The low sun gave the opportunity to capture long shadows

and made Lady Bavaria shine even more than usual.

If I would have skated into the real darkness, the moon would have given me some light.

When I finally concluded my one hour, the moon and my watch testified the result: Almost the same as in the last three years: 24,94 kilometers.

The evening ferris wheel made some nice backgrounds

and finally a big red arrow showed me the way home.

Best regards
Clemens
